Wow...just wow...and the Fox story seems to be hardly complete. This story has alarms going off all over the place in my mind.
Here is a article on it posted early from some San Antonio radio station site. They had been all over apparently and had pics of malls and other court buildings as well.

Courthouse Arrests May Have Terror Link

Three men in their twenties, described as French-Moroccan Muslims, are being questioned by the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force and by officials of the Department of Homeland Security after they were arrested inside the 120 year old Bexar County Courthouse in downtown San Antonio shortly before 2 this morning, 1200 WOAI news reports.
Officials say two of the men crawled through a window to get into the 120 year old Courthouse, which is a landmark in downtown San Antonio, and the third was found in a van parked in front of the building.
Inside the van, officials say they found “photographs of infrastructure” including photos of shopping malls, water systems, courthouses and other public buildings which they say were taken in cities nationwide.
“They got travel documents, parking passes, they have been all over the country,” one law enforcement officials who asked not to be identified told 1200 WOAI’s Michael Board on the scene. “A lot of photographic equipment, a lot of documentation equipment inside their vehicle.”
Officials say the three men entered the country legally on visas from Heathrow Airport in London. They didn’t immediately know how long the men have been in the U.S., or what places they may have visited.
Officials immediately blocked off a two square block area of downtown San Antonio around the Courthouse, and bomb sniffing dogs fanned out throughout the building. About two hours later, the streets were reopened, indicating nothing dangerous was found in the building.
“They are going to be held for interrogation by the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the joint terrorism task force,” the law enforcement source said.
The men are described as 25, 24, and 21 years old. One law enforcement official said the men told him they climbed to the fourth floor of the courthouse at 2AM “to get a better view of the city.”

“All that, coupled with the fact why they can’t explain why they are in the building at 1:22 in the morning raises questions,” the law enforcement officer said.
“Documents found inside the van showed the men seemed to have traveled extensively to high-level security facilities around the country, investigators said.”

Get a 90 day visa, rent a van and drive around the country gathering intel. And this is not the only crew either IMHO.
The questions to be answered are:
1) What program with the DOJ are they working under?”
2) And why are the planning their attack for the summer of 2012?
3) Why is all this happening in Texas and Arizona, two states at complete odds with the Obama administration?( Rick Perry should be all over this.)

I not only live in San Antonio, but I'm at that courthouse at least once a week - so this incident definitely got my attention.
I'm less concerned about them being there - since nothing dangerous was found on them or in the building - than about the fact that they are quite clearly doing recon of infrastructure around the country. This clearly shows that the enemy is planning further blows against us. Not that this is surprising, but actually having evidence of it released to the public shows that the war not only isn't over, but they plan to strike us in vulnerable spots here. Maybe, finally, we can stop treating these people like a bunch of petty thieves and start treating them like enemy combatants?
Oh, by the way, the "best" part about this is that in all of the public buildings that these guys were studying, ordinary citizens are prohibited from carrying weapons (yes, even in Texas - I've had to walk back to my car to unload a Swiss Army Knife if I wanted to get into the courthouse). Some of those terrorist attempts may even be legitimate. People are being distracted by the OWS crowd. Terrorists and OWS are probably working together.
It’s time to put the scare into some people out there, the last time it was really tried was when Reagan bombed Libya—and that was nothing compared to what needs to be done.
