Through a Freedom of Information Act request, CNSNews.com has just reported that during fiscal years 2009 and 2010, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) apprehended and released “at least 28 Iranian nationals inside the United States.” As is all-too common with the federal government’s practice of ‘catch and release,’ they all became fugitives when they failed to show for their immigration court hearings.
Obama’s Homeland Security Department not only released the two dozen Iranians caught under their watch, but also two who had been detained while George Bush was president.
Twenty-one of the Iranian fugitives were originally caught in the border states of Texas, Arizona and California.
CNSNews.com has attempted to find out if any of those fugitives have since been caught, but ICE refused to answer.
The feds released these individuals back into the interior of this country, even though the U.S. State Department has designated Iran as a state sponsor of terrorism.
Of course, last week, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder told the reporters that the alleged plot to assassinate the Saudi Ambassador to the United States was orchestrated by elements within the Iranian government after two men were taken into custody in New York federal for reportedly trying to hire a Mexican drug cartel operative to carry-out the hit.

This story about several French/Algerian muslims breaking into a Texas courthouse got surprisingly little play today. In fact I don’t think it was posted here at FR.
Now they’re calling it a prank. This morning they reported “suspicious literature” found in their car.

Catch and release is what the Obama Administration does with all illegals. They commit crimes, they are arrested and then they are released. It is a total waste of time to even arrest them. Nothing happens. They just commit crime after crime.
The damage Obozo has done to this nation will continue long after he is gone.
It’s been posted a few times, but I hadn’t read the ‘prank’ angle until now. Never have i visited another country and thought it would be a fun prank to break into a courthouse.
Apparently the had diagrams of various infrastructure like water and sewer systems, photos of federal buildings, malls etc.
Sure doesn’t sound like a prank to me.
