I'm not sure if it is limited to employer/employee relationships or if someone joined you at a table in a restaurant and placed their hand on your leg and ran it up your thigh would count as sexual harassment or not? Or if someone jumped into your car unannounced and propositioned you with an open wallet full of $100 bills would be sexual harassment or not. I actually had this happen to me once! LOL

Different people are going to use different words or terminology. Someone else might say 'crotch', or 'twat' or 'privates'. She was probably told to be specific and most women I know would not have said 'vagina', but hey, maybe its a regional thing.
If he did this, it was assault - is someone going to press charges? Sue? Why didn’t she press charges then? Why didn’t she sue then?
I can't speak for her of course, but I think she viewed it as I do, as a bad pass. Basically a no harm no foul type thing. I do question why she is bringing it up at all at this late date.

Having been in such a position I can tell you, you remember things like this. You question if you did something wrong, could have done something different, said something different etc.

Maybe the car wasn't driven at the time. So, he didn't need 3 arms. While they were sitting in a parking lot? That's where this type of thing happen to me.
Why couldn’t the media ask her questions?
Happens a lot at press conferences especially when lawyers are involved. This brings to mind something else that Cain might be able to do, though I'm not sure how it would be taken. Could he lawyer up and suggest that he going to file defamation suits? Like I said, I think this is a pass gone bad and to try and destroy him so many years later is questionable.

You would be surprised by what will come out of your mouth in times of crisis when you are trying to buy some time to think! The scenario above where the guy jumped in my car in the parking lot and opened a wallet with about 30 $100 bills in it, after I let him know I wasn't interested, I lit a cigarette and then grabbed the full ash tray saying I needed to empty it and got out of the car and walked quickly in the restaurant that I had previously left. Looking bad I laugh at the excuse, but it served its purpose.

This is the part of the story that will do her in. Looking at it from the boyfriend's perspective, he recommends that she go see Cain about a job. She comes back and tells him something like this: "Hey, that guy you sent me to see? Well, he sexually assaulted me. See what your advice got me?"
What would you do at that point if you were the boyfriend?

Do you keep the suite at the hotel and keep your mouth shut about it for the next 14 years? I don’t think so. My conscience wouldn’t allow it. I would have felt responsible for leading her to be sexually assaulted. And I would have been pissed off that another man tried to take away the exclusive sexual relationship I had with her. Do nothing? Hell no.

What would you do, go beat him up? Funny, that was what my fiends asked me, if I wanted them to do to the guy that did those things to me. I thought about it and said no. I knew that beating someone up over something like that was not an adult way to deal with it.
Who said anything about beating him up? An alleged crime took place. Did it get reported?
