Forget calling attention to it Constitutional lawyers like Mark Levin and others should be revving up as I type.

Will they get really, really mad? The Law means nothing to these people, and Boehner will set on his hands and pretend he is against this mess, while quietly enabling it.

Constitutional lawyers yes, Boehner NO! I agree his has been mostly a wimp and ineffective as speaker.

Levin, through his Landmark Legal Foundation, was critical in one of the appeals court decisions ruling ObamaCare unconstitutional. His argument against the individual mandate was adopted pretty much wholesale. LLF will be filing a brief with SCOTUS as well.

I would think, on this action by the IRS, someone would have to sue but who knows if anyone would have standing. Congress seems impotent.
