Find it odd how when the Newt ping-list keepers were spending 24-7 trash talking Cain, no one said a word to them about “destroying our own”.

Totally agree...unless you are Mitt! The funnel is getting smaller and the only one the media and establishment want to get through is Mitt.
We all know Newt comes with Baggage (and as one person said his baggage has baggage), but if he (or Cain) become the anti-mitt candidate we need to get behind them, and unless they committed a crime we need to push through all the smoke that will get raised against them.
