France is swept by a pessimism shared by temptations and "rightist" and aspirations for more protection and equity that will move the polls in three and a half months. Jamais le rejet des politiques n'a été aussi important. Never discharge policy has been more important. Jamais, non plus, l'incertitude n'a été aussi grande. Never, either, the uncertainty has been greater.

On a certain number of points, French society has moved considerably to the right. That is borne out on the question of safety: 56% of the population agrees, according to IFOP, with the statement: "You don't feel safe anywhere" (+6 points in one year; +16 since 2006).
