It’s called checks and balances, Jacka$$!

Unprecedented? Hardly.

I’m glad he’s taken this tact and wants to attack the supreme court. Now he does sound like a dictator. “How dare the court strike down laws in accordance with the constitution that my liberal congress passed with almost 60 votes in the senate? What do we need this branch of the government for?”

Keep at it. He must have left Jarret at home with Barney Frank. There is no stopping him. His tele is on strike.

Just for the sake of irony, we can keep in mind that no Confederate law was struck down by their pretended supreme court. Jeff Davis never got around to appointing anyone to that body.

It seems to me that his arrogant, piss-poor attitude towards the justices just may piss them off, and have a negative effect on his signature legislation being kept intact.
