Its certainly not the end of the NFL, but there will be a move to eliminate full contact football until high school. I grew up with a lot of guys who quit playing during high school because they were simply tired of getting beat up.

They didn’t stop playing competitive sports, just football. Think about this. Critics are looking at the NFL and are ignoring the 14 years these athletes played before they got to the NFL. Play 10 years and that’s 24 years of getting your bell rung. And think about the lack of proper medical attention youth sports received.

Obviously, something needs to be done, but I sure don’t see them killing the golden goose.

Then you attended a wuss high school.

My swim coach was a Guadalcanal Marine veteran and my algebra teacher landed in France on D-Day.

A good number of us signed up in the army and Marine Corps.
