Again- I say it is very important that people don’t jump on the “birthed” wagon due to Breitbart’s latest revelations.
It seems obvious to me that the Breitbart staff has a different motive. I believe they will prove that Obama had chosen to use “foreign student status” to his advantage to gain entrance into Harvard Law School. I also believe rotten grades at Columbia were the reason he could not get in on his own merits.
It seems likely to me that Breitbart has probably obtained proof of Obama lying to get into college and will dribble this information out over the next few months. The obvious result being, if Obama lied to get into Harvard, he will lie about anything.
I believe it is incumbent upon us at FR to not make wide, reckless statements about all recent laws being nullified, Hillary coming in to take over as the candidate, etc. Statements like this make us look foolish and ineffectual.
Let’s stick to the facts as they are released. Breitbart was adamant about not claiming Obama was actually born in Kenya. Let’s see what he has.

I think Breitbard made his statements to give hmiself cover that he wasn’t truly a “birther.” However, he was in constant contact with Sheriff Arpaio in the time leading up to the disclosure of the results from the Posse.
He certainly knew that several biographically-related documents were forged. He also was probably aware of the testimony from the Ayers’ postman about the foreign student which they sponsored. There’s probably more that Sheriff Joe has held in reserve.
I think that the most that Breitbart wasned to say was something like “there’s a lot of documents out there with different stories, some of which say he is a Kenyan, some not.” However, I have to believe that, at heart, Breitbart truly had a very strong suspicion that Obama was born in Kenya, he just wanted to avoid ridicule as much as possible.

And who assumes for a second that the Narcissist in Chief didn't EVER google his own name and see his “Bio”? He no doubt wanted to be “Kenyan” when he thought there might be benefit in it for him.
That being said - the literary bio from his publisher says he was born in Kenya - but the books they published for him said different.

I have been SCREAMING about this for the last year two years off and on here at FR, and no one seemed to think it was as important as the BC. It is nice to know I have validation!

In some ways, it may be even more involved than you present: Obama knows where he was born, but Obama doesn’t know if Breitbart knows where he was born. And Obama knows what he told Harvard Law, but he doesn’t know if Breitbart knows what he told his various educational enablers. And the Breitbart folks have shown that they know how to play their cards, as they demonstrated with the Acorn expose.
So Obama and his minions will have to calibrate their lies more and more carefully as they go along, as they’ll never know (until it’s too late) what the Breitbart folks are sitting on.

Freepers have found over a dozen articles stating Obama was born in Kenya. (Have found two personally). Breitbart is using the “Born in HI” as a brier-patch meme. It’s a comedy technique. It will become a joke after he releases another, another and another and yet another article/paper trail (each with the BO insistance that he was born in HI)
Looks at the Alinsky rules (Breitbart thought like a liberal)...It fits in and will eventually show that BO used the “born in Africa” to his advantage up until 2007. (It continued in Africa and Indonesia well into 2008.)
Eventually “Is He lying now or was he lying then?” will be the topic at the office water coolers.
All media should be asking:
“IS HE LYING NOW OR WAS HE LYING THEN”

This is it. Obama may have attended ALL of his universities as a foreign student. This means we have a President of the United States who once wrote “NO” to the question, Are You An American Citizen?
Why did he in his executive order have all of his personal and school records sealed his first day in office?
He may have never been an American, if, for instance, he was born in a Canadian unwed mother’s home as many other unwanted babies to teen Seattle moms were, because Stanley Ann was too young to confer citizenship on him.
Or he may have been born in Hawaii, duly American, but LIED to get into college as a foreigner.
Either way, the man has LIED about his past, repeatedly, and this needs to be top news everywhere. How long can the MSM sit around hiding this? British press, DO YOUR THING!!! We need you!!!
For whatever the “birthed” wagon is, the motives for this release by this are not likely to be known - ever - but have the result of distracting from what we do know. Memories are short. In 2008, Percy Sutton, a former NY Assemblyman, WW II aviator in one of few special black Army units, Malcolm X's personal lawyer, told that he had interviened to gain Obama admission to Harvard. Sutton explained that his actions were requested by Whalid bin Talal’s attorney in the US, former Black Panther founder, Khalid al Mansour/Don Warden, loquacious black nationalist and Boalt Hall law graduate, who urged blacks to kill white women, because the will bear the future warriors of the white devils.
Sutton was in his late 80s, but careful, and lucid. Bin Talal later contributed twenty million dollars to Harvard, and also created the largest division of Harvard Divinity school, the Whalid bin Talal Islamic Studies Center. That center has branches at Georgetown, American Universities in Beruit and the US, and one or two British universities. Bin Talal is the largest single private investor in News Corp, which owns Fox and The Wall Street Journal. You wonder why Hannity keeps his mouth shut? Talal has boasted about his control of WSJ and Fox editorial policy. Bin Talal is (or was) a major investor i Citicorp, Cisco, Apple, ... This is about income redistribution, but using our need for oil. Does anyone think Obama, who has no clue about energy technology, is promoting efficiency? Obama is throttling US productive capacity to insure the incomes of his patrons in the Middle East, who paid for his credentials at both Columbia and Harvard.
Percy Sutton was an honerable man who had no reason to invent his unequivocal description of his service to Obama's patron, according to Sutton "one of the richest men in the world." Sutton's legal training, age, and accomplishments were such that threats or bribes were unlikely to have caused him to change his story. Obama's supporters claimed he was senile. Watch the Youtube video, if it has not been scrubbed, and decide for yourself. He was proud of facilitating Obama's acceptance at Harvard, and believed his old friend, Don Warden/Mansour, who held high hopes for the talented Obama.
This is about money, and has little to do with Obama’s birthplace. This is about controlling US foreign policy. Where do you think John Brennan, former CIA Deputy Director, came from.
The “Birthed” questions certainly have validity. They were probably designed to divert attention from the constitutional issue so thoroughly explained by both Democrats and Republicans in the circus of senate hearings, Obama/McCaskill’s Feb 2008 S.2678, ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’, and Sen. Res 511 in Apr. which says that the senate thinks the framers would have wanted McCain to be eligible, even if they said otherwise. The bill, S.2678, failed, and SRes 511 has no legal authority. But both were based upon one of the tenets of natural born citizenship, not defined in the Constitution just as nothing is defined in the Constitution, which refers to the common-law and language familiar to its framers, as explained by James Madison, that a natural born citizen is born to citizen parents. McCain was born to citizen parents on unincorporated territory, and unfortunate oversite by Congress, but nevertheless, the law. This was old news, examined again and again in the press and in law schools (Prof Gabriel Chin, U.of Arizona Law among many).
Maybe Obama was born in Kenya, which would render him ineligible, but what is the likelihood that anyone will ever see proof? The people who created Obama’s history are professionals. They have used the Justice Department to silence the few who knew, and John Brennan's employee “cauterized” Obama’s passport records in the State Department, and was murdered a few months later.
There are hundreds of people, probably thousands, at FR who have overcome the smokescreen around constitutional eligibility, in spite of the editing of Internet copies of legal evidence in Supreme Court cases. This is a distraction. Kenyan birth could be relevant, but will never be confirmed. As with McCain, some Republicans, and perhaps Democrats, are touting Marco Rubio. Rubio solves problems for both parties since Rubio is mushy on securing our Southern borders, and will delay some future law suit which could expose Obama, and Republican perfidy in obstinately refusing to vet Obama. Every US Senator signed SR 511 which contains the testimony:
“My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.”
While Chertoff is a US Judge, his sentiment, without digging into the legal foundations, express that the only way to be a natural born citizen is “naturally”, born on our soil of parents who were its citizens. That is both common law, cited by Chief Justice, framer, founder, John Marshall, and positive law, created by Chief Justice Morrison Waite in Minor v. Happersett, and all nine of his associate justices.
