Barack Obama administration spending and projects in Kenya have become so voluminous that the U.S. Agency for International Development must hire more contractors to oversee endeavors other providers already carry out across the African nation.

I’m so tired of us giving so much money to Africa. They need to do things for themselves. They have plenty natural resources.

I’ve said for years that whenever we do things for them like development, we need to charge for it, payable in natural resources such as precious stones, ore, etc.

This is nothing new. Recall the two loaded cargo ships going to Mombasa a few years back. One got held up for a while by pirates. The happening was at the time Rahm took a vacation to Africa and just happened to make a short visit to Kenya.
