The Department of Justice is investigating whether Pennsylvania's new voter identification law discriminates against minorities, according to a letter released on Monday.
In a step toward a possible federal lawsuit under the Voting Rights Act, the Justice Department sent a letter to Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Carol Aichele asking for data on the state's registered voters.
Passed in 1965 during the peak of the civil rights era, the Voting Rights Act bans rules that make it more difficult for minorities to vote.
The Justice Department will analyze the Pennsylvania data to determine if voters who lack proper ID under the new law are disproportionally black or Hispanic.

After this election, When We Win and take back the Republic, all the DOJ employees WILL BE INVESTIGATED AND FOUND GUILTY.
When FOUND GUILTY, they need to be put in orange jump suits, and frog marched to Fort Leavenworth to serve their 20 year sentences.

That is a foregone conclusion. Many Hispanic "voters" will not have ID because they are not in the country legally, and African American "voters" will have waited to get ID til some Democrat boss bribed them to bother going to the polls at all.

Secondly I would love to run a test....load a semi tractor trailer with 12 packs of beer and cartons of cigarettes. Then announce to the ghetto crowd that they will receive a free 12 pack of beer & carton of cigarettes.... all they have to do is show a valid photo id. I would bet within 15 minutes that 999 out of a 1000 would all of a sudden be able to provide some form of photo id, no problem at all!
