P90X is a fantastic program. I did it 3 times a few years back and was all set to do Insanity when I hurt my back. Took me 2.5 years to be able to work out again. P90X absolutely works though. No way it can’t work. great program.
Too funny ...this might go over well, interestingly, with the under 35 crowd who love to constantly work out.
