First of all, we're talking checks, not cash. Nothing happens until the thief tries to cash the checks.
Second, how much is $50k to the Obama campaign? In 2008, he went through about three quarters of a billion getting elected.

Bullcrap. They probably never even wrote the checks. His campaign has notoriously been behind in paying vendors, etc. for services rendered. This is just their way of putting off payment for a while until the coffers have more money in them. Living on borrowed time.
