Please read the last sentence very carefully.

“The trend of voters’ opinions shifting between early balloting — which begins weeks before election day — and those who voted on election day is one Jesse Kelly pointed out in 2010. That year, he lost to Gabrielle Giffords in overall votes, but won among election-day voters.”

Oh, my mistake, I’m so sorry that I didn’t realize this was a McSally-worshippers thread. You have zero idea what I have or have not done as far as the offices go. Absolutely zero. Please proceed with your cult-like, Dem-like worship, I will go someplace else. This is why many of us didn’t like her to begin with, militant feminazi who garners a Gabby-like cult attraction.

LOL! This is not a McSally-worshipping thread. I just want to know what’s going on with this race and other suspiciously close races around the country, similar to Allen West’s race in Florida. I’m looking for FR insight from those who live in the state—if they’ve seen these close results before and if there’s a history of shenanigans in the district. Anyway, thanks for adding your two cents.

Get my information right? OK, I was obviously speaking, or typing, about election night as referenced by my comment about going to sleep (EST) the night of the 2010 returns. I also added some to the 2012 coffers of Jesse just so you know who I was pulling for.

Be it noted you did nothing to address the issues about your distaste, for which I asked, for McSally. The one main thing I took away from your article link is that a large percentage turned out in Pinal for the primary. Now comes the big rub, is Pinal more Democratic than Republican? Does this information exist or is it because of the open primary system in Arizona does not record this as one does not have to register with a party? Just how do you know who of one party or another voted for who?

Therein lies your problem. Until those in your state choose to send this open primary idea by way of the do-do bird, you have no idea who is voting for particular representatives of either party so the choice of Republicans is nothing more than smoke and mirrors, ergo, the continuing choice of McCain when he talks a good game but very seldom delivers for the state or the nation when nit comes to conservative values.

I choose to remain in Florida for one we have no state income tax and Republicans decide who will be on the Republican ticket. All be it the available field is sometimes tough to swallow because the old establishment blue dogs now run what they call the Republican party in this state. It is changing but way too slow for me. The establishment lost their chance at me with McCain. Sarah was who I voted for in 2008 and the instant they chose Romney in this state I knew it was as good as over because Obamacare would not be an sidebar issue on the ballot.

Every once in a while, a provisional ballot is not tainted. Who knows?

The Republican will lose on the recount.
