A federal judge has sided with the ACLU against the state of North Carolina and blocked the state from offering residents “choose life” license plates without providing plates with the opposing view.

In his decision on Friday, U.S. District Court Judge James Fox, who last year issued an order temporarily blocking the state from producing the “choose life” plates, found the plates to be unconstitutional in the absence of other license plates that promoted a pro-choice position. …

James Fox just attacked the First Amendment with that bogus ruling. But then again, siding with the American Communist Litigation Union means that you are an enemy of the First Amendment by default. Time to disbar this judge.

So, If while at a restaurant, I cannot speak about my team in a football game unless someone else is available to speak about the other team?

Simple—North Carolina adopts the position that if an individual elects to purchase/display “Choose Life” plates, they are pro-life; alternately, an individual is anti-life if they do not purchase/display the “Choose Life” plates.

Further proof that a law degree does not constitute proof of education.

It seems that “choose life” could be an anti suicide and anti murder sentiment, as well.

If we had an anti-suicide plate would we have to have a kill yourself plate as well?

The abortion freaks aren’t even proud of their stance because they have to constantly couch it in non-descriptive terms like “pro-choice” and try to censor all images of a human fetuses and how they look after they’ve been sliced up.

What the hell are they going to put on a licence plate anyway? Lots of times they act as if abortions don’t really even take place!

What about when George Michael wore that one shirt in that one video . . . ? Nobody in the video was presenting the “other side” so-called. (He must get a break due to his “sexuality”.)

Two suggestions:

1. Choose Death

2. Choose Abortion

Actually, there should be a “Choose Death” option for the NC uncaring. We all need to know which other drivers on the road don’t care about life, yours or theirs, apparently.

Well, then offer plates with the opposing view: Abort Liberal Judges. That would cover it.

“...blocked the state from offering residents “choose life” license plates without providing plates with the opposing view...”

Where would that logically end?

Does this mean that pro-death, pro-baby killing crowd will have to have a plate to proudly announce their hatred of human life?

If you have a ‘Mothers Against Drunk Driving’ plate would they also need to offer a plate for those who like to drink with a good buzz on?

Could they offer an Autism awareness plate, without offering cancer awareness, lupus awareness, collits awareness, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic halitosis awarness, ingrown fungal toenail, etc. plates?

What about a 2nd Ammendment themed plate? Would they have to offer a ‘I’m an unarmed victim in waiting’ plate?

Plates supporting the local Police? Nope, not unless they get a Gangsta Thug 4Evah plate (comes standard with all vehicles having 26” or larger diameter rims).

I’m not sure it would ever end. Until Judges like this are voted into unemployment.

CHOOSE DEATH??

So much for their position being pro-CHOICE. When you advocate a choice, they will still opt for the opposite.

No too long ago I would easily laugh at that......now, it could very well be reality before too long.

Nothing is better than a good command of logic and reason.

A law degree is better than nothing.

Thus, a law degree is better than a good command of logic and reason.

Simple fix: Just make available “Choose DEATH”. See how many takers there are.

Out of sight, out of mind. 50 million murdered is just a statistic.
