Five Alaska State Troopers are suing over the way union dues are collected, arguing the current system infringes upon their constitutional rights.
The federal lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Alaska, states that even though the five are non-union members, they still pay dues. The lawsuit states that employees who do not opt-out of the current system wind up paying full dues, including those that go toward political purposes.

Before I side with these folks, I’d like to know whether they would obey orders to confiscate weapons from free citizens.
The crappy part is Alaska is a heavily union state. I hate it. Many people I know in unions don’t like it and vote conservative and have a NRA sticker on their window. Look at the retards commenting below the story and you will see what I mean.
