Hey Louie...

"...petition the Government for a redress of greivances."

It's your right...even yet for islamist enemies of America.

Farrakhan: Right To Bear Arms An Outdated ConceptHow far have we fallen! Even black socialists used to believe in the right to bear arms. In fact, the onerous California laws on carrying (recently replaced by even MORE repugnant ones) were enacted BECAUSE Black Panthers showed up armed at the state capitol in 1967.

Hey Louie,
Have you visited the Mother Wheel lately? Did you check the parts to make certain that they weren’t outdated?

Considering what Muslim terrorists are doing in almost every nation on the planet and considering what gang bangers are doing to almost every major city within the US, guns are needed now more then ever. Anyone who wants to ban guns must be considered to be a promoter of more violence against law abiding citizens.

This and the other posters do not believe that the 2nd Amendment is considered “outdated concept” Mr. Farrakhan.

The Egyptians first used a significant number of guns to help stop the Mongol advance into the Middle East. They gave the Mongols their first loss in a major battle. Ever since then, guns are the only thing preventing the mongols amongst us from over running the entire planet.

.
It’s easy to understand why a muslim doesn’t want non-muslim citizens to be armed.

Sen. John F. Kennedy’s statement, Know Your Lawmakers, Guns, April 1960, p. 4 (1960): “By calling attention to ‘a well regulated militia,’ the ‘security’ of the nation, and the right of each citizen ‘to keep and bear arms,’ our founding fathers recognized the essentially civilian nature of our economy. Although it is extremely unlikely that the fears of governmental tyranny which gave rise to the Second Amendment will ever be a major danger to our nation, the Amendment still remains an important declaration of our basic civilian-military relationships, in which every citizen must be ready to participate in the defense of his country. For that reason I believe the Second Amendment will always be important.”

Sen. Hubert Humphrey’s statement, Know Your Lawmakers, Guns, Feb. 1960, p. 4 (1960): “Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against a tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible.”
