Exclusive: Pamela Geller tells of corporal gunned down by Afghan 'ally'

SNIP:

The event was illuminating in many ways. One speaker insistently emphasized that all religions teach the same core values, and another heralded our “nation building” efforts in Afghanistan. But then something happened that showed all that up as the politically correct nonsense that it is: the club presented a Supreme Sacrifice award to the family of Lance Cpl. Greg Buckley Jr., who was murdered by one of our Afghan “allies” while working out in the base gym after a long day of work “nation building” among those allies in Afghanistan. Cpl. Buckley’s father spoke with heart-rending intensity, his voice breaking, about his love for his son, and revealed what his son had told him before he was killed: that the Afghans were not like Americans. They were cold-hearted; they had no gratitude for the Americans no matter now much the Americans did for them; and – most wrenching of all – that he didn’t think he was going to get out of Afghanistan alive.

Cpl. Buckley was murdered two days before he was scheduled to have come home. An Afghan police captain handed his weapon to his “t-boy,” his 19-year-old male companion who had followed him everywhere and done his bidding (in all things) for at least seven years. The Americans, including Cpl. Buckley, were unarmed: they were not permitted to carry weapons on the base, lest they antagonize our Afghan “allies.” The Afghans, in contrast, strutted around with AK-47s. The t-boy used his to shoot Cpl. Buckley in the chest and murder several other Americans before he was subdued.

Buckley’s father found all this out on his own, because our military wouldn’t investigate. He discovered the serial number of the AK-47, tracing it to the Afghan captain,

“lest they antagonize “
that sums up the current military policy in the middle east. Don’t annoy the bearded savages. Trust them with your guns. They are really peace-loving kind gentle people. If they slit your throat we are to blame.

0 never condemns his buddies when they kill Americans. He acts swiftly with anger to put down Americans who annoy his buddies.

The fourth verse of the Star-Spangled Banner
(that is rarely sung)

O! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war’s desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav’n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: “In God is our trust.”
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

The desolation of the Afghistan homeland
belongs to the Afghanni natives
We can’t prevent them from killing each other
but we can , and should , protect our own troops.

The current Rules of Engagement
make our troops no less than targets !

Additional info from the article at Pamela Geller's blog, Atlas Shrugs:

This is Obama's idea of victory in Afghanistan. Our sons and daughters........so much collateral damage in the Obama's Post-America.

Here's just one story. One terrible story replayed over and over and over.

The killer of this great American hero in another green on blue attack was Aynoddin, the 19 year old "tea boy " of Afghan District Police Chief Sarwar Jan. He was immediately captured following the shooting of Lance Cpl. Greg Buckley Jr and three of his fellow Marines. "I just did jihad" Aynoddin proudly shouted over and over.

Lance Cpl. Greg Buckley Jr shared this;

"District Police Chief Jan, who supplied the assault rifle, most likely helped plan and certainly approved the attack was detained. The following day the Taliban claimed responsibility for the murders.
So why then am I still fighting tooth & nail to get justice for my son? In the weeks following his death The Marine Corps concluded their investigation, classifying it as a "Homicide". They then turned the investigation over to Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Since the day NCIS took over I feel we have been stonewalled. And to be perfectly honest I'm running out of patience. ...
I met with an NCIS investigator just last week, and all he seemed interested in was what I knew, & how I found out! Then he told me I should fill out a Freedom of Information Act request form if I want to learn the results of their investigation, but it could take a year!
Through our own investigation we learned Chief Jan was released & The Pentagon wants to turn Aynoddin back over to the Afghans. Why? Because Our Commander in Chief thinks we must remain "culturally sensitive" to the needs of the Afghanistans! Screw Them!
I know this administration thinks we'll just go away but that will NEVER happen. I will not rest until I know why our soldiers were ordered to be unarmed, but Afghans were permitted to carry weapons on our bases. I will not rest until they explain why they allowed Chief Jan to be released. I will not rest until Aynoddin is tried as the terrorist that he is. And I certainly will not rest until they admit these Insider Attacks are in-fact Terrorist Attacks.

Gd bless this father and his family. We must assist Greg Buckley Sr get justice.

------------------------------------------------

(I was initially a little confused about the paragraph that read: "Lance Cpl. Greg Buckley Jr shared this;" It should probably have read: "The father of Lance Cpl. Greg Buckley Jr shared this;")

I just read your comment.

My wife is behind me exercising, so I’m not turning around from my desk because I don’t want her to see the tears running down my face.

I am so sorry for the loss of your son! America is truly indebted to your son and your family for the sacrifice he made. God bless you and your family!

Oh man this pi*ses me off big time. Sad and tragic but Obama hasn’t even allowed ( or is it Holder?) Hasan to go to trial yet! GRRRRRRRRRRR!
God help the Buckley family. This is the conservative Cindy Sheehan moment but will never get air time.
Check that, there have been MANY moments in the last four years we should be angry in the streets mad and yet we don’t have the organization skills the left has, plain and simple.Maybe things will change. I’ll march or speak if called upon but not a good organizer without other leaders to help.
