In 2012 some wounded warriors wives were told they'd receive awards for their duties as non-medical attendants NMA caring for their husbands

The award ceremony would be a luncheon at the Dept of Labor with Michelle Obama, and their wounded husbands would need to attend as well.

Despite the fact many wounded amputees were still hospitalized and had IVs and PICC lines, they were told they had to find dress uniforms. 4:20 AM - 05 Mar 13

The found uniforms and got them onto the wounded troops best they could. Unit crests, patches, tabs and awards were a bit half hazard.

. . . . There was no luncheon; there were no awards.

The thing about this story is that it confirms what many conservatives suspect – but will liberals just ignore it? The military is respected far beyond nearly any other institution among Americans.

Unfortunately, too many of our warriors’s opinions are stifled by military customs and laws.

Makes you wonder what else is being kept quiet…

I don't give much credence to unsubstantiated second hand Tweets.......

If it did happen then I'm sure the soldiers and their families would have gotten the news out to anyone in the conservative talk radio network........

As a side note, it would have been easy to track if the Tweeter had given the exact date of this alleged awards ceremony..........but he didn't.

There's been too many other bogus stories on the internet that have been posted that made conservatives look like fools because they fell for them.
