I’m not sure, but I seem to remember (from last year) that they were making out in the stairwell and “did it.” Maybe after she was confronted with the surveillance video she claimed rape to cover her own @$$.
If she had a whistle or had thrown up - I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened...this is the mindset of the growing dilemma of youth in the US...the local jr high has reported that girls are bragging about being bi-sexual...then again, these girls probably find more comfort with their gal pals than they do with boys who’s mentor is a Xbox!
Well it’s just that the administration doesn’t want trouble.
The back pedal on rape in college has been astounding, especially by hardened feminists. They almost live in fear of a woman coming forward because it splits the house in two.
They even hesitate to come after “privileged” classes because the women raped by “underprivileged” classes make so much noise about how they were dismissed.
Drinking and passing out is considered “asking for it” these days for both men and women.
It would seem that you could make a choice before the situation arose to alleviate the occurrence of that situation.
And remember, this is the same paper that had two of their (white) reporters stopped on a Norfolk street, the man pulled out of the car and beaten by a crowd (gang?) of people (of the same class as the perp here) and the paper buried the story. It only came to light two weeks later in an editorial.
