WASHINGTON – The military officer charged with monitoring North Korea at a time when the rogue nation is threatening to unleash missile attacks worldwide has used a Senate hearing to double down on his claim that it is global warming that is the real danger.
Navy Adm. Samuel Locklear III originally caused a stir just weeks ago when in a speech to scholars at Harvard and Tufts universities in Cambridge, Mass., he said the climate change factor should be the focus of American concern.
At today’s hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee he defended his assessment that global warming is the greatest threat to security in that part of the world.
According to the Boston Globe, Locklear said earlier, “significant upheaval related to the warming planet … is probably the most likely thing that is going to happen … that will cripple the security environment, probably more likely than the other scenarios we all often talk about.”

It’s a terrible thing to wish, but if we got into a bad war — a really bad war — our military would be totally re-invented. What we have now is very capable for what it’s been doing — I take nothing away from the people fighting on the other side of the world — but in terms of acquisition and top brass, it’s not a serious endeavor; it’s just politicians in uniform spending billions of dollars and having a good time.
It’s a matter of interpretation. A half dozen nukes going off during a nuclear exchange with NoKo would certainly warm things up a bit. Maybe that’s what he meant.

After a short nuclear exchange, the debris in the atmosphere will induce a new ice age.

We are getting all the energy, light, heat, radiation from the SUN and 11 year sunspots cycles cause the variation.
Just look at the changes: day/night, summer/winter and temperatures changes associated with them.
Humans have as much effect on “climate change” as Zero pissing in the ocean and causing “global flood”.
