Sounds like the strategy of the Republican Party.

Hmmmmm, so it does, maybe the republicans can hire the old JCP management team to hep with the 2014 campaign?

I buy a lot online. Penney’s just didn’t offer value. First of all, their shipping is always high. And usually a company will offer some kind of shipping break but they never did. Yes, sometimes you lose money that way but it builds brand loyalty.

I would have a $10 free off $10 coupon and because of the shipping could find nothing really of value, that I would buy. Now I’ve noticed they made no mention in the article about all the gay advertising they did, the “two dads” for father’s day etc - I noticed and turned off Penney’s. I really resent when a business starts shoving their agenda in my face.

I went to a JC Penny store about 2 weeks ago. First time in several years.

They had shrunk the store, but attitude seemed pretty good.

I plan on going back tomorrow, I have a doctors appointment in Abilene, where the nearest store is.

Hey JCPenney, maybe if you do a really nice summer fashion spread with ALL Queer fashions, your business will pick up.

Just like others, JCPenney decided to cater to 2% of the entire population, while alienating longtime customers.

I hope the faggots and carpet munchers you love so much help you out of your hole!

No mention whatsoever of the pro-gay agenda hurting business.

Is their plan to continue that course? If so they're not only toast, they're burnt toast.

Fair enough, let’s take a look in a year and see if they’re really changed. JCP was “THE” department store for smaller communities for decades, pre-Walmart and big box competitors. It shouldn’t be rocket science to offer what people want and not piss them off too badly in the process of taking their money. You’d have to work hard to screw up in a business like theirs but it sounds like they managed to do it.

Everyone makes mistakes. I am willing to give another chance to someone who admits their faults. I haven’t been to JCP in years, but I will take a stroll through their nearby store, in the near future, and see if they are sincere. Thank you.

They made their bed with the homo lobby. Now they have to sleep in it. What is funny is that fashion minded homosexuals would never be caught dead wearing JC Penny labeled clothes.

Penny’s customer base was the very people they offended by making their name synonymous with the homosexual agenda. they can’t go back now. They can only go forward...... into oblivion. The homos will continue to shop at Nordstoms and the former Penny’s customers will go to Kohls.

They lost me long time ago, many years ago they had a back to school tv ad. “Teen girl going to school, Mom hollers You ain’t going to school like that are you? A lot of quick shots of all the fashions available at the store, then a new shot of the teen girl with low cut jeans and bare midriff, Mom says there that’s better”.
