And the younger one took oath of citizenship on 9-11 also.

I'd look at what they were doing on 9-11 and EVERY anniversary thereafter. "Creatures of habit".

The tenth anniversary of 9-11.
Surely just a coincidence.

Some of our politically correct newspapers put the date at September 12th, the next day, when the bodies were discovered. -tom

"...Their cell phones were also in the area at the time of the killings, records show.

Note to self: If committing a crime, leave cell phone at home. If SHTF, power off, remove battery, and bury in a lead-lined box.

I know of the GPS capabilities of the new cell phones, but am amazed that their being tracked and recorded for future reference...

The three men had ordered food from an Italian restaurant on the September 11, 2011, but when a delivery woman came to leave the food, no one answered the door.

The Mob did it, of course./s

I think if I were the Boston police department.....

I would be trying to explain why this kid was not looked at far more seriously for the unsolved triple murder. I find the entire story very strange - throats slit (unusual - crime of anger), nothing taken (no robbery - it was personal - most normal suspects take the cash and drugs), and he did not attend funeral (allegedly) for a close friend (big red flag).

It is difficult to say “woulda, shoulda, and coulda” about the FBI and not point the same criticism towards Boston homicide investigators. It does not appear that the brother was ever considered as a suspect despite the connections, strange behavior, and failure to attend the funeral for the main victim (it was his apartment wasn’t it?).

3 men murdered like this is not a case that should be dropped. Basic homicide investigation 101 would dictate that friends of each of them would have been questioned at length and there have been a few interviewed who were never spoken too. If true, that one kid who knew them both who said he thought it was strange that Jihad Johnny did not attend the funeral or appear concerned would have raised red flags with me - especially if I found out Johnny killed in the preferred method of his religion.

Conjecture, speculation, and Monday-morning QB disease. I hate it and hate when I do it, but the facts we know afterwards really bother me in light of what I wrote above.

I think your points are well made and not really a Monday morning quarterback per say. They had info on these guys, yet they slipped through the cracks to achieve the Boston massacre. How easy was it for them to get overlooked with the 3 slit throats. I find it disgusting and am thankful I no longer live in the Boston area, I would NOT feel safe, at all.

Something ugly is unfolding and I doubt this is the end of what is to be discovered. Makes me shiver to think of it all.

No doubt the Tsarnaev brothers were terrorists in their motivations and methods with the Boston Marathon bombings but they increasingly are also sounding like good old-fashioned pyschopaths, too.

Any evidence against the terrorist brothers now would have been available then as well. Shame on Boston homicide for not doing their jobs or maybe they are trying to “solve” the triple murders by putting it on a dead guy.

Mayor Menino was never as stupid as when he tried to drive Chick-fil-A from Boston last year.

Yeah-——the stupid little creep.

Taxpayers AND BOMBING VICTIMS must demand Menino’s govt records and bank accounts be rigorously scrutinized.

The time is now to nail this creep. There was a lot of hanky panky going on.

==

It was a typical grandstand move by the idiot.

I live in the area and as far as I know there are NO
Chick-fil-As in Boston. I had never even heard of the chain.

It was long before GPS appeared on mobile devices. Call it a GSM capabilities. As you are moving your phone hooks to a different cell stations and there are logs.

You can easily learn one’s whereabouts on any given moment until these logs deleted.
