This has been the Clinton strategy going back years.

The most notable was with Waco where the different agencies, FBI and ATF created numerous stories to confuse people.

WITHOUT a video camera rolling

Even that doesn't always mean anything. There are supposedly some 24 videos of the Murrah Building bombing and surrounding areas that are in FED custody. The general public has never seen any of them.

Maybe the deceased made the mistake of mentioning his off-the-record meeting with Eric Holder, just to get the facts straight. :)

Waterboarding was anathematized, at least for moslems, by the kenyan because the information so gleaned was detrimental to the policies of the Administraton.

Same here.

Just a guess, but I would say he knew why the date of the bombing was changed from the original July 4th date and why they had been instructed to “spontaneously” plan an attack on New York after the Boston bombing.

Nothing quite like using another terrorist attack to make it appear as if a lie from another terrorist attack just might be true.

mmmm—perhaps holder could hold a closed door, super secret, off the record meeting to disclose the reason.

I bet you he was doubled and saw a chance to attack his case officer. Or his case officer saw a chance to clean up his case file.

You will just have to take what the FBI says happened> Todashev cannot tell his side! For one why was he not taken downtown to the cop shop and interrogated? Most prosecutors like to see the video of the interrogation.
If he was even considered dangerous he would have been cuffed! Looks like rookies day out!

Re: video cameras rolling. I heard recently that the FBI, when they stormed the THREE (3) Gibson factories, forced employees outside and TURNED OFF the VIDEO cameras. Now, gee, shazam...... why would that be?

This government is MORE than out of control. It’s frightening.

Clear up his case file?

He would be seen as a hero if he got info to “clean up” the Boston bombing, not so much killing someone before they could give you info on the bombing.

An armed agent is left alone with someone that is known to be a MMA fighter which has admitted to being involved with multiple murders and connected to known terrorist.

Story just doesn’t add up.

FBI Assassin Squads ? FBI Cleanup Squads ?

There is plenty to be suspicious about in this story. It just doesn't add up well at all. Why wouldn't law enforcement take him to a police facility for interviewing? Especially after someone claims he confessed about the triple murders. Also, wouldn't law enforcement want the whole interview on video? Were they video taping at his apartment? The very idea of questioning him for 8 hours in his apartment doesn't make sense.

We don't know for sure that the supposed FBI agent was really an FBI agent. Someone is just saying so. Perhaps this fellow mentioned that the bombing conspiracy went much further than the two brothers, and THAT information needed to be stifled right there.

These days, I think all law enforcement has a credibility problem to begin with, to most American citizens because of the many attempts at covering up wrong doing or mistakes with lethal consequences. It seems widespread throughout.

It seems a bit unlikely that after 8 hours of questioning, that something happened at the very moment when the FBI agent was alone with the guy. With all the law enforcement officers there, WHY was the agent alone with him?

We certainly can't expect the justice department to give us any answers, when it's top guy routinely lies about everything.

I read early on that the guy was a MMA competitior on a local basis.

He may have waited until the agents guard was down in what appeared to be a friendly interview and then just uncorked on him. It would be easy to be on the downhill side of an encounter like that and have no other choice that to use his weapon. AKA-George Zimmerman.

So it was a kind of deathbed confession.
