Interesting study but this was hugely expensive.

This is an important discovery but I can’t say that it was worth the money if it was paid for from tax payer funds.

Would be interesting to know if aging and various diseases correlate to a diminution of rate of neuron cell replacement. If yes (as common sense suggests), it would beg the question of how to retard such diminution. Could be a road to dealing with age-related cognitive impairment.
