the consumers who don’t pay for the services to begin with? Sure, I bet it’s saving them a ton.

No one with two or more brain cells believes that......ask anyone who’s premiums went up 20-50% this year alone.

We could solve the national debt by selling the BULL MANURE coming out of Washington. There is certainly enough.

Couldnt afford that so we went with a lesser policy for $9000I've got one like that. I'm only covered for a broken leg if I break it while traveling through Kentucky. In a Nash-Rambler. And only if it's the left leg. And only if it's broken while stepping out of the Rambler to buy candy at a Cracker Barrel. Licorice candy. On a Wednesday. In April.

I’m a “victim” of that as I’m sure many FR’pers are...lol

But cost consumers $50 billion and their liberty. So overall, it was a bad deal.

I think the HHS need to release the accounting records on that one as well as future obligations compared to 2012 and before.
Also are they bragging about saving around $15 a pop with their government accounting?

It’s simple math. Lots of people LOST their insurance last year and as a result could not afford medical care. Add the cost saving related to no longer paying insurance premiums to the amount of money saved by not getting medical care and it adds up to nearly $5 BILLION. Simple math!

The government can make numbers mean anything they want. Meanwhile, our premiums went up last year, that is a known fact!
