He’s objecting to the feed, not the feeder.
This is what $12,000 per year property taxes bring.
Environmental oppression.

The Potentates of the People’s Republics of Northeastern America always seem to find a way to reach new levels of dipshittery.

Birds do eat peanuts
I have woodpeckers, blue jays, tufted titmice, & nuthatches that all love peanuts
the guy who made that statement should be fired for incompetence!!

I visited my sister and bil several years ago when they were living in NJ in an upscale neighborhood that was absolutely overrun by deer. Hundreds, and they ate everything in a yard. Defacto animal feeding.

Step into my backyard without my permission and I guarantee you will be leaving on a gurney.

The borough has an ordinance against feeding wildlife, and an official said the feeder draws other animals.
I love my little nazi free town. We do have a lake association but it only consists of a couple dozen families and its just a means of collecting funds for weed control. (no rule making)

I don’t recall saying I was going to enter your backyard.

It takes a real assclown to steal one of the few remaining joys from a 77 year old man...
I hope his house catches fire to give him something important to bitch about...

Worried that the bird feeder is going to attract bears... OMG. Not as weird as it sounds. Bears eat a lot of things that aren't what you'd expect. Hummingbird feeders are filled with a sugar/water mixture, and bears love sweet stuff.
They also like corn, something I found out when a bear ripped up my metal deer feeder. Go figure...

It’s a good thing the homeowner isn’t filling his feeder with Skittles...could be attracting another kind of wildlife.

I learned from an ornithologist that Chickadees love peanuts. I used to stand, very still, near my feeder with a handful of peanuts and a Chickadee would always land on my hand to get one.

People moved into the deers home territory and planted food for them.

How is the different from government handing out food stamps?
