A friend of mine asked if I would help his twenty-something daughter and son-in-law. When they came over, it was obvious that they were the low-information Obama voter type, who didn't care about anything to do with money or taxes except how big a refund they were getting. Well as it turns out, they made slightly too much and had nothing withheld so they ended up owing money. As soon as I told them, they got up and said "forget it then, just throw it away."
