In a letter to Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein, Clapper says his answer was “clearly erroneous.” Leaks by NSA systems analyst Edward Snowden have revealed the NSA’s sweeping data collection of U.S. phone records and some Internet traffic every day, though U.S. intelligence officials have said the programs are aimed at targeting foreigners and terrorist suspects overseas.

Reminds me of the song, “Oops, I did it again”.

How come everytime someone in politics commits a Felony and Jail time is around the corner, they just resign and walk away with a fat paycheck?

While we throw kids in jail for smoking a joint?

“It’s amazing the clever word substitutes a dishonest bureaucrat can pull out of his sleeve. In this instance “erroneous” used in place of duplicitous” A LIE before Congress is still a LIE. Are there NO consequences for anyone under this administration?

Why isn't Clapper apologizing for his perjury from inside the House jail cell?

If under oath he should get exactly what Scooter Libby got. All of ‘em including Lois Learner.

"So...when does he go to jail?"

No problem. If you're caught robing a bank you can just apologize, and they set you free, don't they?
