On Thursday, Postmaster General Patrick Donahue said he hopes the agency can deliver alcoholic beverages and thereby raise $50 million a year.

And they'll fold, spindle and mutilate it? No thanks.

I wouldn’t trust these government slugs with the shipping of a bottle of Boones Farm Strawberry.
More than likely it would be stolen. Just like the thieves at TSA do right now.

People used to receive packages with alcohol in them on the ship all the time! You mean that was not just against Navy Regs? Who knew!?

As the U.S. Postal Service faces $15 billion in losses this year.....Patrick Donahue said he hopes the agency can deliver alcoholic beverages and thereby raise $50 million a year.

Maybe they can do a mail-a-thon?

Yes, because the private sector is TOTALLY incapable of providing transportation of alcoholic beverages, what we really really need in this nation is a quasi-governmental agency grabbing a huge portion of this business.
To: Libloather
Time for them to start shipping guns, too.

Actually when it comes to packages, I have better luck with USPS than UPS or FedEx and it’s cheaper.
I send model airplanes through the mail and all arrive perfect.
I think they would do just as well with beverages...as long as they aren’t carbonated.

Thankfully most postal workers aren’t slugs. And those who are slugs tend to avoid work that involves handling parcels or any other heavy effort.

And you think there are no thieves at Fedex or UPS? It must be wonderful where you live cause I have had packages stolen by employees of both these carriers.

Recipients must show ID that they are over 21.
It is too much of an inconvenience for them to show ID to register to vote.
I’m glad AG Holder & ‘Bama have their priorities straight.

So when is the USPS going to start shipping ammunition again to citizens? The libtards in charge of the USPS have done it to themselves.
