What civil rights?
Homosexuality can not be promoted to children and no public displays of homosexuality.
So its a denial of rights because they can’t do these things?
Well, of course. Homosexuals are not satisfied with merely doing to each other whatever they want. They insist on broadcasting the perversion - largely for external confirmation that their actions are acceptable and good.
This is markedly different from every other hobby, where people don't feel compelled to shout from the rooftops that they are collecting stamps, or making nice photos of ducks, or are restoring an old car in the garage. They don't need confirmation because they already know that what they do is good. They don't need anyone else to acknowledge that.
That's why homos insist on parades. (What other hobby is so strongly connected to a parade?) They cannot exist without other people telling them that they are OK. Without that external confirmation they realize that what they do is not, actually, very good. Not good for the body, not good for the soul, not good for the children (if they manage to acquire a few somehow, as if they are a property to be bought.) Without public acceptance they would be just marginalized weirdos.
That about sums up their worldview. It’s only a matter of time before mandatory pedophilia becomes a “civil right” to them, sadly.
