Well said Redneck! It is all God’s plan and we must wait on him.
And the biblical waiting isn’t like the secular waiting, where we would just mark time twiddling our thumbs.
It is a redeem-the-time waiting.
We invest ourselves in the Lord with what He furnishes in the moment, trying to do it to our best (but not daunted if in spite of our effort at the time it does not yet succeed, as lessons learned this way are also to our good — God gives wisdom WITHOUT reproach, the shame and blame games are human and satanic, not divine).
And the more we invest, the quicker and more strongly the Lord acts, generally speaking. He doesn’t do any miracles to the cynical skeptic for vain show but will do plenteous miracles to willing believers for inspiration and encouragement.
