I’m TIRED of his corrupting of the word “investment”. You ever notice that he rarely, if ever used the word “spending” in regards to his spending schemes? Instead, the word “investment” is always used. A real “investment” means that you get your money back, with a nice profit on top of that. His “investments” means that his rich buddies and donors get government money shoveled to them while the taxpayer is left holding the bag.

That is really a 'trick' question.
See... the State does receive BILLION$ upon BILLION$ from the Casinos. It goes right into the State General Fund.
The State gives the schools money out of that fund... after it funds everything else. Somehow, very little is left... every time and every state. The Counties have to raise taxes to help the schools because the 'funding' from the state is 'limited'.
This is the reason that States decided to allow organized gambling. A big kitty of money they could steal from and get away with it.
Certainly a President who is living in denial, and sadly leads many Americans to think that there is nothing to fear.... Wow. We’re facing some real tasks...we need someone with virtue, valor and vitality and values...
Another thought... IF the schools received the full amount of money that actually comes from the casinos, we could probably have one teacher per student.
He looks photoshopped into that one, too. Look at the relative shine on the noses in the shot.
Keep it simple.
Keep the sequester.
