Coal Miner's Slaughter: Thousands Protest War On Coal

Regulation: More than 3,500 coal supporters descended on Washington Tuesday to protest environmental rules requiring technology that doesn't exist, designed to turn the Saudi Arabia of coal into the Bangladesh of energy.

Members of Congress, union members, miners and their families stormed Capitol Hill to air their grievances about President Obama's policies that make it harder to burn or mine coal.

They were protesting the government shutdown that hasn't ended — that of the coal industry in pursuit of environmental goals that ignore global temperatures that haven't budged in 17 years and greenhouse-gas emission declines that have occurred as a result of energy industry technology and free market decisions.

Rep. Andy Barr, R-Ky., passionately told the crowd that Obama's coal policies are "immoral" and "outrageous." When coal plants shut down, he said, communities "have no customers, county governments have no tax revenues to invest in schools or infrastructure. The unemployment in some counties is in double digits . . ."

Last month, the Environmental Protection Agency proposed carbon dioxide emissions caps for new power plants — a key feature of the administration's climate agenda. The caps effectively ban the construction of coal-fired power plants unless they use carbon capture and sequestration technology that doesn't really exist.

(from the article):" More than 3,500 coal supporters descended on Washington Tuesday to protest environmental rules requiring technology that doesn't exist"

Lets see :
Coal shut down when the technology doesn't exist
Gasoline additives when the technology doesn't exist
Pushing solar energy when the technology doesn't exist
HealthCare for confidential records when the technology doesn't exist
Does anyone see a pattern here ?
A set up for "forward" , or, obvious job restrictions ... just more of the same !!
You can hang your hat on "Bubbles Obama " , the " ONE " who promsied the most transparent adminsitration , ever ..

If I lived in the area, I’d counter-protest the miners with a sign that says “THIS IS WHAT YOU VOTED FOR, STOOPID!”

Manchin is a fence straddler. He says one thing in state and in DC he does the opposite. We put up with that same BS in Indiana with Evan Bayh.

You don’t get rid of this problem until you vote out the phony.

Yup - all according to the plan (reminder: fundamentally transform America ) - if you're surprised at this move then you are an idiot.

What he means is: “YOU DUMB SUKAS.”

GOT NO EFFIN SYMPATHY FOR COAL MINERS AND OTHER UNION THUGS.

In DEFIANCE of all that was good and HOLY, these DUMB SUKAS walked into the polling booth, reached out AND GRABBED THAT “D” LEVER.

I live in West PA. Once upon a time, I had friends who were coal miners. You could NOT make them listen to logic or reason.

The kenyan, and his butt puppet plugs biden, stood here in Pittsburgh and declared that they would BANKRUPT coal.

And did YOU SUKAS believe them? HELL NO.

Coal miners made their damn bed, now they need to go lay in it.

What p!$$es me off, is that these DUMB SUKAS pulled me down their stupid union thug rabbit, right along with them.

Don’t come crying to me NOW, with that lost lamb bleat: But WHOOOOE KNEEEEWWW, OH JUST WHOOO KNEWW?

I’m so mad at coal miners I could just spit. And they were my FRIENDS!

I’ve thrown FRIENDS of YEARS out of my house because they were just TOO DAMN STUPID to see what was happening.

“MY GREAT GRAND DADDY WAS A DEMOKARATZ, MY GRAND DADDY WAS A DEMOKARATZ, MY DADDY WAS A DEMOKARATZ, AN YOU EXPECT ME TO VOTE ANYTHING BUT DEMOKARATZ?”

Had that MIND NUMBED conversation in MY HOUSE.

I threw them out and told them to NEVER RETURN.

They STILL DON’T UNDERSTAND MY ANGER.

We’ll not see in a while:

Hollywood liberals generate their own electricity by riding bike-generators. They developed their own batteries under the most stringent of EPA regulations for which they voted, and they stored their generated-electricity in such batteries ... for use during any and all media productions.

The UMW was always on strike back in the 60’s and were pretty powerful IIRC. Their bosses usually got locked up and anyone trying to haul coal without union approval could get killed. They were no doubt democrat multiple voters, too.
