Perhaps some clarification from Understand the stimulus may be in order, but I think it is a bit over the top to suggest “Islam has it right” in their treatment of homosexuals.
Probably not Russia (present day Russia) but again, I don’t think it’s a good idea to admire modern day Islam’s approach to any social issue. The “religion”, when practiced fundamentally (purely), is a barbaric one.
