Stop rewarding women to have out of wedlock babies? I thought we got rid of “bumping the check” with additional babies, but I could be wrong.

Is there a solution?

We didn't get here overnight and the solution won't be an overnight fix...

Based on the premise we as a country don't leave children starving as many of these welfare moms will if completely cut off..

1. Pass legislation in 2014 you cannot receive benefits for more than two children that any new baby mommies have...
2. 2024, ten years later you cannot receive benefits for more than one child
3. 2034 benefits completely cut off...

Incentify mothers to get married, by giving better benefits to married women who need assistance...
