Knesset Land of Israel Caucus heads Yariv Levin (Likud Beytenu) and Orit Struck (Bayit Yehudi) expressed regret on Wednesday that a recording of the parliamentary group’s meeting with US Ambassador Dan Shapiro was leaked to the press.
The meeting, which took place on Tuesday, was closed to the press and was described by attendees as “charged,” after MKs used harsh language in discussions of imprisoned Israeli agent Jonathan Pollard’s treatment and accused the US of bias against Israel in talks with Palestinians.
Shapiro spoke to Levin and Struck, saying that he was upset that the meeting was recorded.
The two legislators apologized and said the participant did not realize the meeting was closed before recording it.

Pollard has done enough time in jail. At this time he is nothing more than a political prisoner. If we can release Al Queda and Taliban in Guantanamo with the blood of American Soldier on their hands, Pollard should be released.
An alternative logic to the treatment of Pollard and those in Guantanamo is they all have should been put to death years ago.
I do not know the right answer. I do know that Pollard has no American blood on his hands and remains in jail. I also know that all released from Guantanamo, with out exception, have American blood on their hands.

Also, spying for an ally usually is a 4 year max sentence.
Pollard has served 28 years.
Send the Israeli Kenesset a letter informing them that Pollard will be returned, as soon as he has achieved room temperature, and we will be billing them for the box and air freight.
