Anything "SUSTAINABLE " is usually related to the United Nations "Agenda 21" Socialist program .
It's even in the local unelected zone usage committies
or sustainable housing, or utilities .
Most people aren't bothered by these committies as they are innoculous , and quiet, and subtle , ..but they exist !

yes, it's here - even in small towns - but not many recognize it for what it is.
I only know one other person, other than myself, for example, that told the meter man to take his “SMART” meter and leave the property.
He tried to argue but I curtly told him we weren’t having a conversation - just leave.
I pay a $12 fine each month - so I make out 2 checks each month. One marked electric bill, one marked “for fine”. They don't like that it. It's not a fine, they say, it's a fee.
I told them a fee is something you pay for something you USE. I don't USE their spy meter. So it's a FINE.
