The president of the BSA National Council (the governing body of the BSA) and all ~1,400 members of the National Council are all volunteers. The BSA professionals do not vote at the annual business meeting.

Pulled our son out of Cub Scouts last May. Joined the Royal Rangers in July. My son loves it. A true answer to prayer!
I too would be interested to know what, if any, impact the BSA has suffered since throwing their legacy away.

You are still on the roll as an Eagle Scout. The homosexualist Eagle Scouts have been sending their Eagle medals back to Irving/BSA National since before the 2000 SCOTUS 5-4 ruling that BSA is a private organization and can make its own membership rules. The folks at National just put all the returned medals in boxes for storage. No action is taken to go back and purge the rolls. Afterall, there are more than a few Eagle Scout felons out there. They are not going to waste energy purging the rolls.
