Treason against the American people.
You don’t apologize for a ‘mistake’ like this. You lose your job.
Notice what they didn’t say?
They didn’t say that they were rescinding the promotion.
They didn’t say that they were firing him immediately.
And notice that no journalist has even bothered to ask them about either of these two actions.
And you expected “WHAT” from the State Department? At one time they had good intelligence operations, but under Obama, the State Dept. has been so bastardized that they often don’t know who our enemies are.
Remember, Hillary worked with a communist party-dominated law firm, Treuhaft, Burstein, Garry, etc. on a Black Panther torture murder case concerning one of their own members who they falsely accused of being a govt informant.
Later she recommended Castro asset Prof. Johnnetta Cole to be considered for Secy of Education (under Bill’s first administration).
Her personal die, Huma Abedin has a family (and herself as well) that have/had/worked for the Moslem Brotherhood/fronts.
Secy of State John Kerry. Betrayed his fellow soldiers/sailors in So. Vietnam, left a man behind, talked illegally with the enemy in Paris, called our men war criminals, and then participated in “peace fronts” that were run by Soviet operatives/assets (Feinglass, Weiss, Dellinger, etc) during the remainder of the VN war.
He also worked with communists and communist propagandistists (Tony Avirgan, Gary Porter, etc), on the so-called “Iran-Contra” investigation which proved a very expensive, multi-million dollar dud/farce re “cocaine” and the contras.
Kerry later helped set up ties with Hanoi that ignored “live sightings” of our men from Vietnam (who were known to be alive and in Hanoi’s hands).
The State Department has become a political “eunuch” under Obama and his marxist minions and fools.
The disaster in the Ukraine caught them by surprise, as have many other major foreign events over the years.
Only a thorough cleaning from top to bottom can salvage “Foggy Bottom” from becoming a permanent cesspool of incompetence, political cronyism, and white-flag policies.
