Even if they lose the appeal they can still keep the name right?

Look... We got Obama because Geo. Bush 1&2 did not stick to conservative principles. If you think electing another liberal republican is going to solve anything you are dead wrong. At one time in 43s term the republicans controlled the house the senate and the presidency.....tell me what they accomplished did toward shrinking government, lowering taxes or securing the borders....nothing!!!!
they didn’t have a goal of reducing government, in fact Bush tried to run to the left of Gore on some issues. We got Obama because the electorate could not stomach voting for a Mormon. He would not have been perfect but at least he would have been someone we can pull right with a more conservative congress. He would not be focusing on team names and golf.
They can keep the name, just not any money they make from the logo.
