Well, Rice has a fine sense of proportionality. Let’s see, over here, Ghana rejects homosexual “rights” and over there, ISIS is shooting and beheading thousands in the streets of Iraq while preparing to attack Jordan, Israel and America. Clearly attention must be given to the denial of gay rights.
