It’s a possibility. People have been sent to concentration camps because they didn’t cry convincingly when a prior leader died.
That happens in a lot of places, but when I first glanced at the article, I thought it said he was caught pimping. I could believe that too, and I could believe the people could be jailed for not pimping also.
