Rand Paul should never become president because his attention needy father can’t keep his looney ideas to himself. He would be an ongoing trouble maker.
One side point: nobody deliberately shot down an airliner; it was shot down by mistake, while in a war zone.
That’s a different color animal than deliberately shooting one down.
We shot down an Iranian airliner which we wrongly thought was an F-16.
We may oppose Russia in the Ukraine; we may or may not like Putin; but this wasn’t a deliberate act, with a lot of responsibility for stupidity on all sides (including the Malaysian pilot).
Ron Paul is a brave man—to speak his mind on an un-popular subject—its like giving toys to the Centeral American Kids or something. Maybe we do need a guy like this as president—someone who sees beyond the TV Talking points.
