Future Presidents don’t run from garbage like that. They fight it and win, and then win reelection. That nonsense was a water pistol compared to the “charges” made against Republican Presidents.
After Florida Newt more often than not came in 4th to Ron Paul in subsequent primaries, and yet still people backed him and called Santorum a “stalking horse for Mitt”. Absurd. They fail math forever.
This is one of my rubs-me-raw topics. Too many trolls trotted it out for flamebait. She wasn’t swimming in money and having to pay out of your own pocket to defend yourself against false charges can add up real fast. See how well you can do a job when your salary is headed straight to the lawyers and then some. Her enemies knew that was happening and deliberately abused the system.

Except her working at FNC as commentator meant she decided against a run long before she finally admitted it.
