Except the article starts out with exactly the opposite information:
“WASHINGTON (AP) — A top federal health official says a health worker diagnosed with Ebola has been unable to identify a breach in procedures that might have led to her infection.”
Makes it sound all SUGAR COATED that way, “breach of protocol”.
And if I am reading correctly, that says the effected individual is as “she”.
Maybe.

I vote for that. There’s no doubt that the protocol is deficient when compared to the treatment center where Dr. Brantly was, and also when compared to a Level 4 research lab’s protocol.
Direct from the CDC: “Can anyone still see our ass? We’ve done our best to cover it here.”
The CDC at this rate is going to cause panic with all of their bogus reassurances.
That was my first thought. Second was that blaming the nurse would be the first reaction of the gov't bureaucrats.
That’s precisely what Spain did. Called a liar and then blamed her for contracting it.
Funnily enough, most of the other nurses on the ebola ward handed in their notices.
Strange how that works.
How ‘bout a protocol for stopping infected passengers before they board planes or leave airports?
