This Dem Governor Threatens to Release Mass Murderer if Not Re-Elected
TPNN ^ | 10/13/14 | Greg Campbell

Our nation is supposed to be a republic governed by laws- not men. Our elected officials are supposed to create and enforce the laws, not serve as the laws themselves.

However, at a time when the mainstream media focuses on the pending corruption charges against Texas Governor Rick Perry for exercising his right to veto, they are deafeningly silent on the heinous and inexcusable corruption going on in Colorado as Democrat Governor John Hickenlooper threatens to commute the sentence of a convicted multi-murderer if he does not get re-elected.

You may recognize the name as the name of the Democrat governor who enthusiastically supported sweeping anti-Second Amendment legislation last year and has championed some of the strictest anti-gun measures in the West. In an unbelievably callous move that betrays a shocking lack of respect for his state’s laws, Hickenlooper has stated that if he is not reelected, there would be enough time that he “could” commute the sentence of a murderer who killed four people after he opened fire at a Chuck E. Cheese in 1993.

In 1993, angry about being fired, Nathan Dunlap opened fire at an Aurora Chuck E Cheese and shot five and killed four. He was tracked down shortly after and was sentenced to death. A whopping 21 years later, Dunlap still enjoys three hots and a cot courtesy of the Colorado taxpayers and rather than affirm his commitment to the law of Colorado which allows capital punishment, Hickenlooper has ducked and dodged from the issue and has granted a “temporary reprieve” for the execution to see if he will be reelected and whether he will have to weigh in on capital punishment.

Now think: “Gee, it sure would be a shame if I didn’t get reelected and this guy was let loose…”

It should be noted that Hickenlooper reacted to the Aurora movie shooting by crusading for unconstitutional gun laws that unfairly punish all law-abiding Coloradans. However, for the man who actually murdered citizens, the governor is not only considering sparing his life, but letting him loose on the streets of Colorado as a punishment for the state that refused to reelect him.

That’s not just “dirty politics as usual;” that is flat-out cold-blooded and the kind of extortion that would make Carlo Gambino wince.

So Gov Chickenchoker seems to have some kind of fetish for murderers. Isn't he a cutie? /s Now that mumia abu jamal is getting a bit long in the tooth, I wonder which diploma mill will have this jailbird do their commencement speech?

And who’s to say he won’t released him anyway if he’s re-elected?

He should just promise to release the guy, period. That would ensure he gets the vote of his base at least.

If only there was a conservative running against him. Beauprez already said he won't work to repeal the gun laws the dems stuck us with. He wants to un-legalize pot. He is a crony capitalist bankster whose reason for running was to keep Tom Tancredo out of the governors mansion.

He lost to Ritter by 17% last time he ran. That makes him "electable". He will likley lose again.

BINGO! The fact that he mentioned shows it's on his mind.

It's all but in the bag for Beauprez at this point. He'll win. It's bittersweet, however, for reasons you mentioned. Beauprez needs to get with the program and realize that the biggest reason he'll win this time around is the gun laws issue.

Sadly he is too insulated from reality to figure that out. There will be little to no nose holding in this state. I think Both ways Bob is toast.

If his opponent doesn’t use this as a campaign ad he doesn’t want to win.

I wonder how long it will take the American people to realize, among other things, that ordinary political processes no longer apply?

The idiot governor should be tarred and feathered just for making this outrageous threat.

You’d think the Fergeson types would be up in arms about this blatant exercise in racism. “Vote for me or the scary negro’s gonna get you!”

I was thinking it would be up to someone in “the public” to make sure this murderer isn’t a threat to anyone.
