Only sixteen percent of Israelis believe US president Barack Obama’s administration is more pro-Israel than pro-Palestinian, according to a Smith Research poll taken exclusively Wednesday night for The Jerusalem Post.

20.7% of Israel's population are Arabs.

I think 20% of Israel is Arab. So probably most of the 16% think Obama is more pro Israel are Arabs. And simply Obama is more pro Israel because he isn’t openly siding with the muslims.
