Wow! It is one thing for the state to will-nilly detain people for no good reason...The reason to detain this person is about as valid a reason a state authority is ever bound to have...Kick her butt into her house, lock the doors and board up the windows for the next 21 days...then once it is shown that she is clear of Obola, arrest her ass and toss her in the housgau for reckless endangerment...show no mercy on this case...

This “nurse” is way too off balanced to be any reliable sort of medical professional. Give her an ultimatum: 21 days quarantine, or 21 days lock up in jail, and there is NO bail!
