".................In one email from March 2011, after being sent a news story about the Fast and Furious investigation, Holder told staff, "I hope there is another side to the story." Later, after the ATF deputy director assured Holder aides that "we did not allow guns to walk," Holder responded to staff with, "Do they really, really know?"
That August, Holder was told by staff that about 25 U.S. attorneys was upset that the resignation of Dennis Burke, then the U.S. attorney in Arizona, was announced simultaneously with the reassignment of ATF Acting Director Ken Melson. Holder wondered "why wouldn't we get the benefit of the doubt. Assume we're doing things for the right reasons and in the right way."
Holder later added, "Some people can kiss my ass."

F@#k You holder you can kiss my ass!!!
This would be unprofessional conduct for a lawyer just starting out, much less the U.S. Atty General.
It would be interesting to read the redacted materials: the stuff destroyed while they delayed, as the IRS’s Lerner (D) delays now.
Of course the classless lying ROTC office invading violent felon would say that.
“Some people” ? That sounds racist.
” Assume we’re doing things for the right reasons and in the right way.”
That sounds eerily close to stuff said by the national socialist german workers party.
When does the Mittelwerk start?
“Assuming” with this bunch certainly fits the expression:
“Never assume, ‘cause it makes an ass of u and me.”
The bar does get lowered when people elect an African-American from Chicago with chip on shoulder who listened to hate speech for 20 years. I listened to an interview with Condoleeza Rice and thought how it would have been nice if she’d have run. First woman, first black, kill two birds with one stone AND have a classy, intelligent person in office to boot.
These guys state the same Utopian BS time and time again: “but it’s for your own gooooooood!” and “WE know BEST!” but the proof is that they only offer the same old dictatorial nightmares.
That Eric Tucker is one smoove writer.
Some people certainly ought to KICK his ass.
Yes, I cringed when I read that too.
...but its for your own gooooooood!
“Wish you’d stop bein’ so good to me, cap’n.”
Just had an old skit pop to mind over that.
Profanity or vulgarity is a calling card of the left. Yes our side uses it too but at a much lower level. All you have to do is compare this site to DU to see that.
The measure of a half-bright clown is when he simply doesn’t know how stupid he himself is and thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room. Both this guy and his boss fit that description.
Every time I hear the name Eric Holder mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is a black man with a big fro who was part of an armed takeover of an ROTC building on a college campus.
Dec 4, 2011 The Ethics of Eric Holder.........."The two events that Eric Holder is most defined by before becoming attorney general were his key roles while in the Clinton administration in obtaining freedom for members of the Puerto Rican nationalist terrorist group known as the FALN (also known as the Armed Forces of National Liberation). Holder would later follow that by facilitating a pardon for fugitive billionaire Marc Rich.
In looking back at both of those controversies, the similarities to Fast and Furious now seem eerie. Holder had proclaimed sympathy for the FALN victims, but only after the terrorists had been released. He also proclaimed ignorance of both Mr. Rich and the case against him, even though the facts clearly suggest otherwise."...... [worth reading all of "The Ethics of Eric Holder"]
ANY public servant who documents by saying publicly or in this case in an email that “some people can kiss my ass” needs to be dealt with.
Since the coward known as Eric Hold will not be around long enough for the new senate to impeach and remove him he should be forced to come to a congressional hearing and explain his remorse and regret (which he won’t do) to those American’s he served as AG.
This person must be made an example of.
